8. Fitness Data Nutrition Cont’d I feel pretty good about the amount of time I studied. However, just because I take a long time or spend the amount of time I do doesn’t necessarily make me feel like I’m learning more. The average amount of sleep I get a night to what I should be getting is quite appalling I could try to get to bed earlier but with work, that isn’t really all my choice. Seeing as I don’t have TV, or spend crazy amounts of time on the phone I do find my behavior acceptable.

12. Hobbies and Interests: I LOVE to play guitar and write my own Music. I’ve been busy lately, but I record music whenever I have the chance. I like to paint and draw, basically Art is god to me-it is my release, and one of the main things that keeps me inspired and motivated to move forward in life. I doodle whenever I can I like to skate and surf and just be outside in the sun.
